The controller for data processing on this website is:

2. Hosting
This website is provided through Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address, is processed to deliver the content and ensure secure operation. Framer uses infrastructure and hosting providers for this purpose. Delivery is not restricted to a single data centre in Frankfurt.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free provision of the website. Framer provides information on data processing, subprocessors and international data transfers at https://www.framer.com/legal/data-processing-addendum/. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer mechanisms described there apply, in particular adequacy decisions or EU standard contractual clauses. We cannot guarantee that all access logging is disabled or that a particular deletion period applies to technical data in the hosting infrastructure.
3. Email enquiries and interest in early access
No contact or waitlist form is currently active on this website. The contact buttons open your email application. If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of your message and any other information you voluntarily provide, such as your name or company, as well as the time of your enquiry. No form-related country checks or request limits through a custom AWS function currently take place on this website.
We use your information to answer your enquiry and contact you. If you expressly request notification when our service launches, we also use your email address for that purpose.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps before entering into one. Otherwise it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is handling enquiries. Any expressly requested notification about the launch of our service is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
Email enquiries are sent directly through your email provider to our mailbox; no transmission through a website form or Amazon SES currently takes place. We run our mailbox on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). Access from the USA cannot be fully ruled out. For international transfers, the EU adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses may apply where their respective requirements are met.
We delete enquiries six months after we finish handling them. We delete information used for an expressly requested launch notification after our service has launched and we have notified you, or earlier if you ask us to. Statutory retention duties, for example under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
4. Additional analytics services
Plausible Analytics is not integrated into the website configured here. We have not added any additional analytics or marketing services to the pages. The technically necessary processing for providing the website is described in section 2.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To do so, contact hallo@vidensystems.de.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then stop processing the data unless we show compelling legitimate grounds, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Hamburgischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg.
